ok... so I finally figured out how to install the handguard and here lies the dilemma. The key to solve this is in the delta ring. I need to to get my hands on either a real steal delta ring or a regular delta ring that has the teeth (that can be adjusted)... apparently the JG M4 S-System has one that has the teeth on there, but its one solid piece and cannot move so I can't pull it back to show the teeth... so Does anyone have an extra delta ring that they wouldn't mind selling?

ok.... so while I was at work today I was talking to a guy that so happened to have a real steel delta ring and he gave it to me. The problem I have now is that I can't put the damn thing on. I did notice that the inside if the delta ring is threaded and when I looked at my outer barrel I notice that it is NOT threaded. Is this normal? I swear I am about to loose my damn mind.... Since I haven't been able to attend any games lately I've been trying this 'Do it yourself' thing and I am about to throw this gun up against the wall... so i guess another way to say it is HELP!!!!

The threads on the delta ring screw onto the body not the barrel.

How old is that m4? I have a plastic upper if you need it. It has the threads like I'm talking about.
